Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel or move your appointment, I ask that you do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled booking. Any cancellations that happen within the 24 hours prior to your scheduled booking are subject to a 50% fee of your scheduled service. This policy is effective immediately. No-Show Policy: Clients that “no call no show” will be charged 100% of there scheduled service. This policy is effective immediately. As a busy wife and mom, I understand that life happens, schedules change, and emergencies are unexpected. I just ask clients to be considerate of my time and please do the best you can to adhere to the policy! Thank you!
